Mafia Game 3

I still think I have investigative powers, but I am not sure. It will have to wait until the next night. Which I doubt I will survive. So if I have the power to investigate, I am sure the mafia will kill me.

You guys can follow me or not. You know what, I will stake my game life on this pick...

I vote to lynch plantling

If I am wrong, I will commit suicide. My guess is that I am done for the next night anyway.

Sorry to see Coler go, but it was the best move they could make.

Only two left and I am fairly sure we got one here.

On a side note, thanks everyone for trusting us, I know it looked like we were upto something.

I know fingers will be pointed back and that is just fine. DID you see anyone else say that about NJ. I really felt bad. *shrugs*

annndd I did vote for Sovran. I went with ALL of Coler hints. And you only voted for sov so you didnt look guilty like the others. (aka: Ogre and DD)

I must admit that Plantling has been mostly flying under my radar. Coler's advice to watch her like a hawk got my attention.....In re-reading the thread, I've seen a bit of evidence that could be pulled together that folks might find incriminating.

thats just a waste of vote...COLER, the detective even said that hes "pretty sure JR's innocent". BUT coler...the detective ALSO said that we should watch plantling like a hawk.

The mafia is making JR look bad just to distract everyone for the REAL mafia! *wipes the icky stuff from CL's eyes*
 
I also wanted to add a note of thanks to bkw1982 for using the one kill.

It took a lot of trust. We could have been mafia and had a plan to take out 4 townies at once.

I was hoping they would just conceed the game, there are two of them hiding. I think they have already "teamed up".

I am going to post my #2 mafia suspect. They will kill me tonight anyway...

So, if I am right on tonights pick then take a look at lynching captiancaveman9. The main reason is that they came to plantling's defense. If I live through the night, my next days pick would be for captiancaveman9.

It has been edited, it also said something about being confused. It is too late in the game to be confused.

Either way, those are my top two. If I am around for the next day that is who I would vote for.

Also, I investigated J double R and he is innoncent... (I believe he was my second suspect).

I will do my best just to read form here on out. Those are my picks and until they are dead, I see no reason to vote for anyone else.

I meant "No, Jdub" as adressing to him, "no" to his question. Then I listed the 3 dead mafia as of last night, which he obviously MISSED.
 
I think it's important to see when FL voted for NeonJ. It seems only when it was safe, right after a first vote. Seems a perfect spot for a Mafia kill.

And Mad, I've had thoughts about your alliance with Ogre, also. You seemed to be of one mind until he was implicated and then you seemed to have a falling out right away. I wondered if that was a Mafia move. Now it seems like it might be.

I will pull some evidence later today that will build a case against plantling. There's been accusations starting to fly all over the place (some of them started by me). The mafia is going to try to confuse us here, so we need to keep our heads and approach this logically and methodically. Let's try to focus on as few candidates as possible at a given time, but keep an eye on everyone. When making accusations let's try to give evidence when building the case and try to avoid stuff like 'Let's get 'em because they look shifty,' or 'I never trusted them.'

DP, as far as the mayor's investigative powers, can we get a ruling? KotD agreed w/ my interpretation yesterday that the mayor has no investigative powers other than to get a 'yes' or 'no' from the mod until he finds the detective. Sorry JohnLarson, as I don't want to just strip you of your powers. I just think that the sketchy definition of the mayor role, coupled with it's 'mis-application', really pulled the rug out from under the mafia. Assuming that we win, our victory will always have an asterisk next to it. Since we're continuing to play, though, let's at least fix it for the rest of the game....just my thoughts.
