Mafia Game #4 The Play

The only reason I changed my vote to you was because you are now pegging for me......I dont know if CL is Mafia or not as previously stated...but go ahead and vote for me if you want...you will be making a grave mistake....I am an Innocent and I can't say anything else....and how do I know you aren't Mafia...everyone guilty until proven innocent that is the motto...but I know I am an Innocent...no other way to say it....:)

Here's my thoughts on how switching votes from Nola can hurt the town. As Ogre said, quitting the game is a sometimes used strategy used by the mafia. It seems kind of a strange strategy, but here's how it might work into the mafia's hands if we leave Nolapete in the game for a couple of extra days.

If Nolapete is the Don, he will have investigative powers to find the doc, cop, mayor and vigilante. Keep him in the game and he can still investigate for at least the next two days, without posting anything. If he comes back on Day 3 and even posts a 'howdy-do' he'll have power to investigate his third and final time.

Not saying that Nolapete is the Don (he probably isn't), but if he is, it could end up biting the town if we lay off and vote someone else.

I hate to do it, but I vote to lynch Nolapete

"13" go outside and play with your dinky toys then the only thing more unbearable than someone quitting a game is listening to them whine about why they quit. Nobody cares if you like the role playing or not. Your like a spoiled child and reading any more of your posts would surely make me sick. Begone from my sight you useless urchin. Tell Nola i said hi when you get to Loserville. We don't need whiny brats in the good town of ACville. I would rather see the town fall into the hands of the mafia then read any more posts from tweedle dumb and tweedle dumber. That being said I vote to lynch Cory Lover. Its a gut feeling i had from reading his posts, but he seems too eager to declare his innoncence early on, like he let the excitement of being mafia (he did WANT to be mafia after all) cloud his judgement causing him to make hasty and suspicious posts

I see your point and I think I even stated that scenario earlier.

Seeing as though we didn't get a definite answer from Rb on Nola I say continue the course. If he is mafia then maybe we already have 3 showing their face.

Or Mad is also mafia and protecting CL and mee-mee by having us waste a vote on Nola.

I'm not protecting Nola, I've stated I thought he was mafia up until the point he said he quit. I just didn't see the point in wasting votes on a dead person, thats all I was pointing out.
 
Once the votes are in and the final results tabulated and the results viewed, then we can start thinking about who's protecting who or whatever.

Personally, I don't think that any votes after Nola had about 5 really matter. Everyone by that point pretty much knew he was going to get lynched and anything after that was pointless... which may have been the reasons for it.

My great Excel file plan is in tatters right now because I'm in Austin and the file is in Port Arthur. I'll have to go through from page 19 or so to get caught up on Sunday or Monday... weeee
