Mad made a good case against JohnLarsons and Max (But, I think after last night Max may be the ONLY one we can count on as innocent and the only other person I saw post that opinion was JL...).

I wouldn't call it call it a case....more of an observation. Like I said, I'm not saying that they're mafia....CoryLover's post-mortem post just made me think about a couple of things. I wouldn't look too hard into this, just tuck it away for now.... At some future point, if all appears to be lost and folks have absolutely nowhere else to turn, maybe pull it out and dust it off.

seeing as how my ac broke, and I am slowley being cooked, lol, my brain is frying, ..Hers a small case and explination of why I am still adament about coler, these post were just in the last day, I went no further back...

well, I'm innocent.

And I just read post 458 bu judge...my three posts are 1) follows a list of ogres where I agree that the list 'needs further watching', 2) vote for nolapete, 3) indicating that I have queries about Neonjulie and jpappy.

And they don't occur in the order in which they are quoted, obviously.when you sum them up, no, they do make you look innocent, however, When you read them in conjunction with the other posts, you see the pattern emerge, ..nothing in here, don't know who, I wanna hear from so and so, ect..

So I'm gonna make a bold statement and say that none of that could be taken as showing me to be a mafia in any way.If you really are innocent, why would this statement be bold?...

I still btw think that judge is just wrong but convinced as opposed to a mafia - what mafia is going to post a list like that in good faith; makes you absolute number one target where you can't explain the reasons for picking all the 5 people and are so sure.

Um, why, if you feel i am innocent,AND i am convinced you are mafia, would you not just address me, instead of trying to convince everyone else, obviously, if I am screaming wolf, its up to me to prove it...but, its also up to you to disprove it, which I think, you are just to polite about,,,which screams mafia, and that you don't want to make your self, seen, because if you hit everyones radar, you (as don) would pretty much have blown the whole game.I also didn't want to give any reasons, because I am sure I am right, which did make me a target, by acting somewhat weird, I cast just enough doubt, and just enough stir, to draw some of you out full force...But that also means, some of the figure heads in this town, would have to show themselves, ie:dr, or mayor...The dr is easy enough to find, ..why help you out in finding them?..

In fact the attempted hit proves Judge is clearly innocent.so now i am clearly innocent, instead of pretty sure, still sliding under that radar huh?...

Still wrong about me though which makes me think she hasn't got the greatest read on the game, seeing as how she's so sure I'm mafia.

Taking a hit on Judge was either a very obvious or slightly more subtle move - for reasons as per Ogre.

I'll be interested to hear back from Judgemax.

If its e.g the last game you're referring to you must remember that I was the detective in that game and had 3 confirmed names from investigations, which I posted - not one of them were doubtful, not one was my own opinion, all three were confirmed, which makes it very easy to be aggressive. I hid like a puppy until I had those names.

I'm not knocking your list in total, certainly not just for the sake of it. Other folks have pulled out some good analysis of some names since last night. I am knocking your identification of me as mafia & don. But I'm not going to shout my innocence from the rooftops any further than that.

um, that was the first thing you did in this post, you climbed up on that soap box, ..

there you have a mild case, yet it shows you all some of my thinking, ..if it helps you look his way great, I do not feel like going all the way back to day one...

I would also like to hear more from KOTD also. KOTD, your last post has me wondering also, but here is why I think you are Mafia:

CL, I read your first post over..and it is a bit concerning..seeing as how you've never done that before..why would someone feel the need to say what you did, in their first post...

Your statement here on day 2 is similar to what Ice said on Day 1, but was it for damage control because CL was on his way to being lynched? On Day 1 it's as if you overlooked what Ice was saying and ignored his case on CL and jumped in that night only to vote for DD.

And with that question about when night was it seems you were only concerned with getting the vote over with. Your vote would not matter because even if DD was Mafia, Nola still had the most votes trailing only a few by CL. On day 2 when we were discussing why I thought you were Mafia and I asked you why you slapped a vote on DD when there were two other more plausible Mafia candidates, namely CL and Nola this was your reply:

But you made no comment about what you thought about CL on day 1. So if you didn't think Nola was Mafia, why didn't cast your vote for CL? One or two votes for DD wasn't going to do anything. When I played in Mafia3 and didn't want to be too obvious a link with my fellow Mafia on the same bandwagon, I cast my votes where it wouldn't matter. But perhaps I'm wrong about you. So if I am, please explain.

I sure wonder what the mafia plans to do next.

I am curious about there next hit. They get one last investigation. If they can not find a role player, will they hit judgemax again. Will the doctor protect judgemax again and make it a waste for the mafia to hit someone. Knowing this, will the doctor protect someone else.

I think the next mafia attempt will tell us something. The mafia work at night and that is when we can learn the most about them.

I also want to point out something. If I was mafia and not on judgemax's list then I would want to hit her and hope that the town rallied around the list and lynched the people on the list. Hoping the town thought she was onto something.

I am not just jumping on this bandwagon. I am giving judgemax this one day of votes and if proven wrong, I will go with my own thoughts.

I am not afraid of a few of us dying to get to the mafia. Now that they are down to five we can lose a few of us to get to the truth. I think any good citizen of this town would give their life to get to the truth.

I also want to be considered mafia, just as I consider all of you (except judgemax).

I am changing my vote to go along with judgemax's vote. I know she thinks KOTD is mafia, but her own vote is for mee-mee. As I said before, I will follow her lead on this day.

my statement there was because i was suspicious of CL..as i stated in that post..why would you feel that you should say your an innocent on day 1 when you have not even been pegged yet, apparently i was NOT the only on who thought so

read above about my vote for CL and DD, i see day 1 as a random vote day, but like i said before, CL and DD hit my radar first, and i was right about CL, as was everyone else who thought he was mafia, if i was mafia...why would i want one of my own lynched? i'd want to keep all mafia members.

What makes Mad and Neon anymore a threat then say Coler.<- Sure seems to be a lot of finger pointing and protecting going on early in this game.

Not jumping on any bandwagons just yet. But if I had to name 3/4 to watch right now it would be Zman,Ogre,guppyguppy and charlie.

Why in the world would someone state this unless they are looking for a good mafia cover up?

I have a vote in mind, just waiting to see if anyone else deserves it. A lot can be read into a post. A Freudian slip is easy when you are typing to defend yourself from attack.<- I think coler is following this advice very carefully...

Only reason I'm not voting just yet is because I found that after making my initial vote I always retracted it and voted for someone else I found to be acting curious.

For the record though Cory Lover is top vote getter for me as it stands. I'm not buying the OMG I'm an innocent again comment.

Well since the Cory Lover train looks like its gaining steam we need to make it official with bold print.

I sat here, and thought about, what would make them look at ice so fast?..why ?..and then it hit me, they scrambled to save cory lover from the get go..Um, I also want to point out, that he mentioned a few names ...which, if I were that person, and he had pegged cory already, I would have been a bit nervous to...
