MAFIA #5 The Play.....

I'll be the first to say I didn't have a good reason. As I stated when I voted I only wanted to even up the votes so joander didn't get wagoned without looking at any other players. clown was being very quiet yet watching the thread, I just thought he was as good a pick as anyone else.

I am sorry clown, I hope you don't haunt me.
 
rb, you should think about writing gumshoe novels! You are quite talented! I am sad at the loss of a true townie. :( Like I said before, I flipped a coin to choose between joander and clown. Maybe i should have stuck with my gut and gone with jo.... Right now, I think that I am going to have to say that I believe the only person we can count on (98%) as innocent would have to be Coler. Let us see where day two takes us.... ~brandy

Clown was my 2nd choice. To much confusion trying to be spread with the random isn't random and numbers. With newbies this would just confuse them even more, I know my head spun for a split second lol.

I remove my Joander vote and vote to lynch Clown.

Worst case scenario they are both innocent.Hopefully 1 isn't. If it ends up tied and Rb does the random coin flip hopefully he takes out the mafia.

I am not sure if the mafia would risk hitting one of their own on this 50/50 botched hit.

At this point I am pretty sure Coler is an innocent and the mafia wanted him out. But, I am not 100% sure. It could be a very risky move worth the risk, especially if there are more than 4 mafia. It seems that there is some sort of hint of something more than 4.

I am also very concerned about the players that did not vote and the players that voted for nobody. This is not good for the town.

I voted for Clown-Lover just because they were the first to role-play, just like I did for the first role-play person last game.

I am going to throw a quick vote out here. I will not be near the computer the next couple of days.

I think they are real real into this game and sometimes that can be a mafia tell. Plus, I do agree that the slip up could mean something.
 
I don’t think the mafia would risk one of 4 counting on a botched hit, so for right now I am considering Coler an Innocent. I find it interesting that he was the mafia’s choice after the last 2 significant posts from him are…

the votes for joander and clown have to contain some mafia votes, unless there are very late shifts in voting...the votes for each came in practically sequentially relative to each other.

In which he posts that the votes for CL2, now a known innocent, came in a “rush”. This makes me look hard at JL, Ogre, and Z… and again at Jo.

Which contained only one of them… also has me and that’s fine. Hopefully last night’s investigation paid off. Right now I will definitely watch Ogre very closely and study Z’s posts more carefully as compared to last game. We really need to be on our toes as I think we have a more experienced mob out there this time. Townies post thoughts!
 
hm..this was a pretty wierd vote..i got no mafia vibe from clown..

we need to be a bit smater in our votes next time...
 
I voted for Clown early, but didn't get anything out of it (other than a lesson in randomness) and changed to no one. I didn't really think anyone that would put that much effort into the game is mafia.
 
HN et al.: I deserve to be looked at by all the Townies. I made a stupid pick, I was red hot last game till the last Mafia. (I can still taste the mousepad). This time I decided to vote just to keep the discussion going and didn't see the swing at the end from joander to cl#2 as I was driving home from work. I wish in retrospect I would have pulled my vote when Ogre and Coler did, I have much respect for their games so far.

Dinner time, sandy will return with his tail between his legs later and try to pick up the pieces.
