ZSandmann is not the detective. I'm the detective. That's one reason that I've been relatively quiet (my wife really is sick, but that was only a part of it and a good excuse).

Of course Coler is innocent, he was the target of a mafia attack the first night. My two investigations were slightly more useful that Z's fake ones though.

I really hate to do this, but how else can I prove my identity. King of the Deep is the vigilante. Also, JohnLarson is innocent (my night 1 investigation). Why those two?

I investigated JL first because we have something of a history and I didn't realize that he was on vacation during the game. The next night, I knew Coler was innocent and I couldn't tell who would be lynched and killed each night. I had to send in my investigation very early and so I picked someone I knew would not be lynched or the mafia target.

So it was JL day one, because you didn't realise he was on vacation (note, that wouldn't be a reason for him not to be mafia).

If there is only four I am wrong about one of them but I am currently thinking largely about people on that list (note I say 'thinking about')
 
Ogre...you are telling us that KOTD is innocent and the vigilante I take it...that might not have been a good idea...now the mafia know who he is, and he has basically got until tonight to use his hit...before he is taken out.

That is pretty crummy detective play :D

Wasn't there enough stuff out there in ZS's game to show him up as mafia, if that's what we now must clearly believe ?
 
so...KOTD can prove he is the vigilante...and therefore Ogre's innocence...by telling us now who he will kill. EDIT AND PUTTING THE HIT ON THAT PERSON AND CLEARLY THE HIT WILL COME UP TONIGHT

And we can agree in the meantime that we may hold off tonight on voting Ogre...and pick someone else who makes a good suspect.

...then tomorrow...if KOTD is not the (innocent) vigilante...we will know to vote for KOTD and Ogre...where's the flaw here ?

the flaw is if KOTD is the vigilante but is mafia...but his targeted kill if not mafia will give us a great steer on this.

For now, I would post this hypothetical question for KOTD

If you are the innocent vigilante as Ogre says...who would you now kill...hypothetically ?

Secondly if you are the innocent vigilante as Ogre says...why did you not use your hit on Joander, who you rate as 9 for mafia and have been convinced of since the game pretty much started ?

This is where it all gets very interesting...about five hours to go, and that is I think sufficient time to work it all out.
 
coler the problem is if kotd is vig it proves that he was investigate by someone, either don or detective......
 
Coler, I've been on almost everyone's list since day one, while Z has looked purer than driven snow. The only way I have to convince you is the truth.

One of the two of us has to be correct. Either way, the mafia are down to two players. with waaay more innocents. We (y'all) would still have the mayor who can investigate and the doctor.

It sucks and I didn't want to do it, but I've got to and hope the doctor believes me.

KOTD, why are you saying that te mafia finf you no threat????!!!! Do they already know who you are? Are you working for them???

KOTD should still tell us IF he is the vigilante, and innocent, who he would hit...I gotta say a quick answer would be best (although I appreciate that that may not be possible)...surely an innocent vig would be pondering this from day one.

And why he did not hit joander, if he was so sure about joander's mafia status
