I'm just now starting up my 75 gallon aquarium and recieved some various African cichlids from my grandma and I was needing help identifying them.IMG_1348.JPG IMG_1350.JPG IMG_1349.JPG

The look like Mbunas in the Zebra family. Vegetarians, do not feed them too much protein foods.

Most Mbunas that we all buy from LFS are a hybrid mix (Mutts), so there is no way of telling what they truly are, but definitely in the Mbuna family.

Thanks! I'll mostly only buy from LFS because that's all we really have around lol but thanks for the help!

Like Tanker said they could be mutts, the gene pool is rather muddy these days. Definitely all Mbuna though. Here is my best guesses anyway though 1- Kenyii 2 - Is it white? If so, White lab (Labidochromis caeruleus Nkhata Bay) 3 - Red Zebra
