Emerged means out of the water.

The LFS should really know what they are, so should be able to tell you.

Waiting for a flower may take some time, but maybe a good clear picture of a leaf that will show shape and size would help.

Some of my sources have told me that one is definetly a anubius afzelli, and the other may be a anubius congensis, thoughts? I cannot get pictures right now of a singulr leaf not home.
