Looking good! I am ok with 6.8 pH during cycling, hopefully it will not drop to unreadable levels again though. If it remains like this I think you're gonna be fine. Keep up the good experimenting. :) How long do you have the lights on btw? And how is the plants looking now?

Lights are on about 15 hours. Plant is looking a little better now that it is floating, since I took the rocks out. I've been debating on getting a different light in there to help the plant out

Fingers crossed my PH stays like this. I would really like to put fish back in there at some point lol. I went and got those silly floating jellyfish so it at least has something in there to look at.

That is a long photoperiod. No more than 8 hrs is typical, 6 is a better starting point especially with only 1 plant.

What was Tuesday's results? This tank's been on my mind. :)
