What is wrong with my crayfish?

I got home after a few hours out, and my crayfish is laying on his backside, not moving. Occasionally, he would twitch or his tail would curve slightly. Now, he isn't moving. He has been there for at least 3 hours. I checked the water and everything was normal (except the Kh was a little high). The other crayfish I have in there is perfectly fine. He is an adult male Mexican dwarf crayfish (CPO).

Is he molting? Dead? Sick?

Is this the crayfish that was trapped under drift wood for 2 weeks?

It's too late. He's dead.Oh well, he was a good crayfish and I hate to see him go.

Frays normally fight so I think he might have been flipped over by the other cray.
