some nuggets are now made of "breast meat". my philosophy is if it looks like white meat inside and breaks in fibers/strands when you tear it, it's not paste. mcdonalds' new nuggets and tyson chicken fingers have passed that test for me. we ground our own meat with the kitchenaid when we need to.
