No, communication is only allowed, outside the game thread, between corrupted players. A corrupted player may not communicate with the Corrupter outside the game thread. You are also not allowed to indicate that you have become corrupted, to non corrupted players.

I only partially answered your question. 1. If you figure out who the Corrupter is, you can win the game. 2. If you figure out who has become corrupted, you can use them as a clue to the identity of the Corrupter. Once corrupted, you cannot become uncorrupted.
