My first guess is Melanotaenia fluviatilis (murray river rainbowfish), but the quality of the picture makes it hard to be certain. It could be one of the many local varieties of Melanotaenia splendida.

A few pointers: set your camera to 'macro' turn off room lights use a black cloth to cut down glare put your lens right to the glass, if you can use off-camera flash if you can practice and experiment!
