Thanks! It turned decent considering the restraints I was working with. Frog bit and duckweed. I just tried ( unsuccessfully as usual to rid the tank of duckweed during this "rescape"). I agree on diffusing the light, I will never have a tank without floating plants after seeing/ learning this...

Well since I broke my first choice for a bubble count/ diffuser, I was forced to use an old air stone for Co2 diffusion. Can we say bad idea? A 1/3 of my 10lbs tank is gone from having it up high enough to break through the stone into the water. It does it at such a fast pace not a lot is...

typically java fern and anubias is suggested from what I have seen. I don't have personal experience with Oscars though.

Yes. It looks very similar to mine. Its very odd, I am not sure why it happens. Its hard to see, but I have new leaves growing off of the original leaves because of roots that some how grew on the original plant. Sent from my XT1058 using MonsterAquariaNetwork App
