looks a little like a rotala species Rotala Indica possibly.. however quite tiny in size.... but similar leaf pattern. if it is Rotala Indica the round leaaves indicate it was grown emersed. The new leafs seem elongated. These do fit the description of rotala indica. as the elongated leafs...
