get rid of them by trading them into your local fish store. there is no need to trade in your fish if you are going to stay to small cichlids. you could easily put some rams in with your fish.

that tank would be perfect if you dont put in the salvinii! they are EXTREMELY aggresive and will give the others a very very hard time if they dont outright kill them. with out the salvinii i think that would be an awesome tank.

are you sure those bottom ones are myrnae? thought thye had blue instead of red??

a single dwarf gourami might be good. maybe a couple of hatchetfish for topdwellers. or maybe you could get some black neons or glo-lites to introduce some diffrent colours to the middle of your tank.

if you want something top dwelling look at the hatchet fish, they are neat little fish.

i dont know about the butterfly fish, it may be worth a try but in with the rainbows is your best bet.
