Hello all. I've read some articles but I thought I would ask for your opinions first. I have a great vintage tank- but it has a bit of a leak on one of the sides. What would be the best way to repair it?
Thanks!
I reccomend (that is, if you do get brackish) that gobies work pretty well in the tank- I have 2 little bumblebee gobies in my tank with my puffers, and the puffers don't bother them at all. They're kinda cute, actually!
Snails never survive in my puffer tank- hehe.
well, here's some pictures of him. Sorry they aren't so great but he likes to be camera shy (unlike my figure 8s!)
So you tell me what you think. He looks like the first one to me.
2 great deals I've had on fish stuff:
-55 gallon tank with stand- 40 dollars
-25 gallon tank with metal framing, 2 filters, heater, hood, 20+ books, tests kits and random decor- 60 dollars
You're kinda near me Dave- have a boyfriend whos looking for some freshwater shrimp (other than ghost shrimp, which my puffers eat!) do you have any suggestions?
Well, in LOTR Gollum ate fish--- even tho it was gross! hehe
I think I'd have to say Big Fish or Finding Nemo. Definately NOT Shark Tale. ><
Although, I've always been very fond of the fish song (I forget what its called) in the original Fantasia. Its always made me want some fantailed...
Hello! I have seen online some places that use polymer clay (sculpty, fimo, etc) for aquarium decor. I would love to make some new decor for a tank I'm setting up, but I'm not sure if its safe. Any suggestions??
About a month ago, I was lucky enough to come across a very healthy bronze puffer! Problem is, he killed off two of my other puffers (green spotted and a figure 8) and so now he is by himself. If I come across another bronze puffer I would love to get more, but is there anything else I can put...
