I have recently added some to my tank and I love them. I only have them come on for a few hours on a timer. I have noticed no ill effects.

Very carefully!! I actually don't do it very often, just keep up on the water changes. I thnik the plants help or use some of the waste. Nice tank Aqualung!!

I use and love this food. I am not sold on its color enhancing abilities, BUT fish look good, eat it like crazy and I agree about the waste issue too!!
