Thanks myswtsins! The other Glow-light I have in the tank seems to be missing a pectoral fin. Dont know if they were nipped at one point by a betta that went missing previously. Though he/she looks normal and is swimming around with the neon's in the tank.

There is no direct sun hitting the tank. The tank is actually in front of a window that it's curtain is always drawn closed.
