Looks great Jay. The Columbian tetras look to still be going strong and the Acaras are beautiful. What is the large Crypt in the right center nears the roots?
Second plant from the left looks like lace leaf Java Fern. You have it planted in the substrate. It needs to be attached to wood or stone, etc to grow properly. The rhizome buried in the substrate will kill the plant.

Looks nice but your rosette plants seem a little too deep. If the "crown" (where the roots meet the leaves) is too deep, the leaves will eventually begin to rot and the plant will die. Try pulling them up just a little
