Sunsun 302 for sure! You can clean it every 6 months whether it needs it or not. I'll make my own canister or use a sump for really large tanks but Sunsun canisters are the best option (IMO) for anything from 10 to 75 gallons.

I would have no problem with it, but if you get one of the "monster" males it could get to better than 16 inches! I would prefer at least the option of having a 2 foot (front to back) tank if you should get lucky and get a real giant.

Looks like this clutch is a bust. Eggs disappeared after 3 days. I read 5 days to hatch so I don't believe she hid wigglers. Odd though. She's still hanging out in the same spot and the male is out in the open on the other end of the tank.
