I have used Epoxy before - it was a PITA to work with, by far more expensive plus getting your mixture ratios wrong means starting all over again! With cement you simply chip out the mistakes and fill up with fresh cement. Epoxy also looked like plastic when it cured and that was not the effect...

Yes this is a current photo - taken today. I have researched "Frogger" and in the wild they take 5 years to reach full size 9". Considering Frogger has grown from an inch to 4 in 3 years I would say he's expanding exponentially! lol

I was given this awesome little statue of what I believe to be the "Goddess of Mercy." It's almost 2ft tall and I eventually convinced the wife to let me use it as the center piece for a new tank project. Shopping around the pet stores the other day I found the cutest pair of fire bellied toads...

Unfortunately one of the guys hired to paint the walls stood on it and cracked the concrete in places. We patched it up, filled in a bit and gave it a coat of epoxy resin sealer which made it a bit dark and unnaturally shiny in places. The garden is now starting to fill in...
