I'd vote for Zoa's. Leather's only if your going to be doing primarily softies due to chemical warfare issues.

Probably a green bubble tip. Please do research ahead of time. Anemones aren't something to just go out and buy willie nillie.

When water changes and your filters cannot keep up with the bio load you have too many fish. That's a sign that occurs too late.

Place them in a such a way that you can get good flow around, through them. Create openings and such. Try not to create a solid rock wall.

You still want to measure it. I use a red sea one. Like everything else there is good info and bad info on ozone. I'm not goint to spew names, but many on the reef aquarium speaking circuit highly tout it's use.
