I have axelrodia riesei and microrasbora kubotai in a 4 gallon tank. (Photos are shown in the Photo Gallery section..."my micro fish".) The a. riesei are little stealth hunters and the m. kubotai are very active swimmers...

Your tank looks very nice. I believe Lilaeopsis mauritiana can go through some phases where it looks likes its going downhill but the root system is getting established and it will finally take off.

The betta seems fascinated by the shrimp. He'll check them out but then flares and goes back to his "hammock in the plants". LOL

Does this look like Hole In The Head (hexamita)? It seemed like a pattern of markings but I'm beginning to wonder if it's not a problem.
