Most people that I've met with fish rooms also have fish in other places like the living room. Just need more space for everyone else.

Before I moved I had 3 tanks and I did one 80% and several 50% changes per week on each. It's harder to do water changes in my new apartment and I get yelled at about the water bill so now just one 80% change. There's a real difference, you can tell that it's not as clean with less changes.

Mine sit still only if you aren't watching them. Once they see you, they start zipping around the tank.

Same for me, I had a 10g with a few fish and some shrimp. Started seeing sooooo many snails. Cut down on my feedings, everyone was fine but the snail population went down to 3-4 from at least 100.
