I would look into the options of gourami or apistogramma. Both are very flashy and make for fairly easy care, the gourami more so in the care department. Also i agree about placing the rummys in your other tank because this would give your 10gal. the room your looking for.

This is the lovely Frank. She has created more turmoil in this 120gal. tank than an earthquake. She makes it diffucilut to feed the other fish (ones she has not eaten or killed yet). She loves to try and bite my fingers while im cleaning HER tank. She will lay eggs and take one half of the tank...

Cool but, i could not get it to work. It stayed green even when i put crazy species together. I like the idea though. Why 0% for some species? Does that mean no one has ever had that species live in captivity for a good portion of its life time? Its cool though. I'm gonna keep playing with it.
