Long time away from aquariums, coming back with planted.

Live plant cuttings are weeks or months faster than seed from local aquarium society or pet store but can bring unwanted bacteria/snails so seeds safer for sterile situations. Not my house.

    Filter Cartridge

I have a coldwater pond-koi tank beside the one I'm fresh cycling with leaves... And cats so I've deciding mixing life is inevitable and just keep everything as healthy and diverse as I can ; ) It's like the gut flora and fauna in our own bodies...

    Getting back in the game

Recently I had cut back to one rescue koi tank and few amphibians (Including an axolotl). New Mudskipper Vivarium!

Thanks for those links... I have done exhaustive research on mudskippers, and tried to comb through all the contradicting stuff to something that'll work for them (mostly talking with the staff that took care of them for the past 2.5 months)... They're pretty happy and eating 1-2 crickets a day...

    New Mudskipper Vivarium!

Hey everyone, so I just started up my first vivarium (aquarium/terrarium) with a couple vietnamese mudskippers (freshwater raised). I set them up in a little 16x8x10tall(inches) tank with a heater underneath the water side (and two basking rocks) as well as a full-spectrum plant light. I was...
