We have the samething happening with my school's aquarium but instead of waiting for the cycle to complete a person decided to buy two goldfish and put them in there only one day after i got the cycle started. i am afraid that the fish might die and i will be unable to prevent it. any help?

Ok now someone has gotten 2 goldfish. One is to large to put anything smaller than a large guppy and is expected to get larger. Please hel we need more fish and i need advise on raiseing goldfish they are one fish i have not had good luck with.

the tigers live up to their name, vicious and will kill everything slightly smaller than themselves. make sure you devote an entire area to them, make them a cave like i have done for my cichlids (not tigers). THen only get small ones not bigger tigers.

Hey i got a large green severum that only eats frozen krill.
it won't eat any flakes and won't eat the food unless it is still cold.
What do I do??

I had the same problem
just change 50% ever week; not cleaning the gravel with a gravel vac, but when you get fish take out about two to three inches off the top of the water line, if you don't fish will die like crazy. I have not had any ore fish die since i started this method and it works...
