If you decide to keep the male betta in the 10 gallon, you could get some neon tetras as tank mates for him. They are peasceful and colorful and will not bother the betta. The only problem is that they aren't the easiest fish to keep. Cherry barbs would be another possibility. With a male betta you could probably keep 5 or 6 cherry barbs.I didn't get any. I'll probably end up getting some this weekend. Keep those suggestions coming. I did move my betta (male) in the 10 gallon from his 2 gallon home.
