:help:

got this tank from my friend he didn't want it anymore. i gave it to my mom, cause she thought it will be nice for the house. i was just wondering what do i need to buy for the tank, and what type of fish should i get? (she would like some colorful friendly, easy to take care of fish, also can anyone recommend some good cleaners)
also, where can i get some African dwarf frogs online, tadpoles or adults?

thanks to all who reply

best idea is to go to the local fish store and check out what they have. write down what you like and come back and look them up. anyone can tell you what they would like to see it with but only you know what you like or not.

thats the thing the only thing i want inside the fish tank is a male n female dwarf frog, and some n cleaners.
i just want to put some shiny colorful fish that will make it look nice, with some bamboo plants or any other aquatic plants.
i just need to know what freshwater fish a friendly with small creatures and what kind of filters and materials i need for the aquarium.

:welcome: to AC!

I'd recommend cycling the tank first before buying any fish. As for the ADF, be careful not to confuse it with ACF which is predatory and may eat your fish. You could go with internal filters and use sponge, filter floss, ceramic rings and bioballs for filter media.

Make sure you have a filter and some sort of heater. Livebearers are cheap, pretty, and are pretty hardy fish. soon you might even find babies in your tank! As for the cleaner, you might want to try a smaller species of pleco, or maybe even a small catfish.
