tai95 is right. Those big bottom dwellers are gonna want real estate. You might do better with angels or discus which will occupy much more of the tank and not fight over the caves.

The fish you are talking about like re-arranging their surroundings. It's not uncommon for JDs to move all the gravel to a big heap on one side of the tank. They will up-root plants in the process.

im pretty sure that a green terror a pleco and an electic blue dempsey have enough room in the 4ft tank...by they way what is a nice pleco that doesnt grow big and eats algae..thanks

the danios and silver dollars are not a great idea,others will beat up on them.put smallest fish in first or least dominant so wen the bigger fish come in they are not stressed and are in full strenght to fight of the bigger fish.
