125 gallon tank

ok guys i just upgraded my beautiful angel which is about 3 inches from top to bottom and his tankmates to a 125 gallon tank.
my only problem is the tank look sooooooo empty.
i dont want to add another angel and there are 6 zebra danios and 1 guppy , and a small albino catfich which i have had for about a year and he only about 2 inches small. can i add mollys and platys, i like how they look. please any help will be very much appreciated.

Yeah, you can add those, if your tank is fully cycled, I would slowly add them. A nice Molly I recommend is the Wild Sailfin Green Molly. These are pretty and get a nice size in a big tank. I would get a trio of them and then later add the platies.
 
ok i went to a store today and asked about the molly and platys and the sales associate told me that the platys and mollies like their water a litlle bit mopre salty than normal fish. that i would have to add aquarium salt in there water.
please tell me if this is right.

This is a common myth that is spread by pet stores everywhere. Platies, mollies, and the like do not need salt in their water. Most likely, they are misinformed or are trying to sell you something you don't need. Aquarium salt should be used in your tank for only limited periods of time to treat disease, such as ich.
 
I'm not a livebearer fan...I've decided I see them as the cows of the fish world...I feel no ill will toward them, just a straight indifference...I'd always choose something with a little more panache for some reason...ie. some apistos or rams, if they could deal well with the angel and whatever water conditions you have...
