I have a 150 gallon tank with a jaguar, jack Dempsey, green terror, convict, salvini, firemouth, and a pleco.... They are all around 1.5-2.5 inches. I have lots of rock and wood for them to hide as well as a few plants... As they grow out will I need to upgrade...?

Very likely yes. If they all get along that is. You might not need a bigger tank, but an extra tank to seperate them out a bit. If you plan to keep them together you should plan to get a much bigger tank within a year or less. The jag alone will be getting to 15 or 16 inches and will grow pretty fast (think about an inch per month).

Okay.... Thank you. But I must add that despite feeding every day and doing water changes and keeping my water as pristine as possible, my jag hasn't grown much at all in the 2 months I've owned him.... He is really quite mellow and tries to stay out of everyone's way. Really strange considering they are supposed to be extremely aggressive..

Yeah, juvenile behavior is often way different than adult behaviors. So it is not a matter of if, but when.
