2 Question Thread....Sand and stocking

Most SA cichlids might be too big for that tank. At least in thier adult stages. I would say african cichlids, but as reddog said I would research them before getting any. African cichlids look great in a tank and they are fairly easy to maintain. Good luck. Post pictures when you set it up.

for some reason, sand insists on ending up in my biowheel 150, and when i try to put somthing on the intake to stop this, it almost completly haults the filter. hope yours doesnt do the same

Do you have any airstones close to the sand? Anything at all that could kick it up?
