I'm a college student who dreams of having something bigger than my 5 gallon, but I don't have much money. If anyone in this area, or going through this area has an extra tank, I would be very interested.:thm: My dream tank is a 20 long, but beggars can't be choosers. I'd like something between 20 and 30 gallons, give or take. Name a price, and I'll see if I can do it.:nilly:
I know this is a big shot in the dark, but it's worth a try!

:newbie:

Used to take one of my sons to Geisinger Childrens Hospital. You're more than 2 hours away, otherwise I'd let you come raid my basement for a few things!:)

Ack! So close, yet so far...:thud:
Well, if you ever feel the need for medical care again...
I hope your son is okay, it must have been somewhat unusual or serious to come two hours this way. :(

Yes it was, he was born with a digestive birth defect and suffered from failure to thrive for a long time. Geisinger is great! It was a choice between Geisinger and CHOP in Philly. Distance is about the same, the ride to Geisinger is way nicer!

Does your area have a local chapter of "freecycle".? Do a google search for a nearby city. Good chance someone may be recycling one to a new owner....for free.

i might be able to help you out. im from bloomsburg and looking to upgrade my turtles tank to maybe a 50 gallon, i just cant remember what size i had before (maybe 20 gallon?) anyway im at school in MD now but i can get ahold of my parents to see what size the tank is.

i just checked and my tank is 20 gallons
im in the process of getting a new one...do you still need the 20 gallon tank?
i would sell to you as soon as i can get a new tank if you would be interested

Thank you! I actually have gotten a hold of a used 30 gallon tank. I really appreciate the offer, though!
