20" 96W Coralife 50/50 lighting

What kind of coral will I be able to keep with this kind of lighthing in my 10g? Will I be able to keep ananomes? (spelling). Thanks

and whats the best medication brand to cure ich?

You will be able to get away with keep shrooms, xenia, some zoa's...I'm afraid a nem is ruled out with your lighting...

In my opinion, the best way to cure Ich is hypo-salinity, no medication...

If you are dealing with ich now, be careful about using the hyposalinithy in a qt tank and not in the display if you have live rock, sand, or inverts.

if I had a 150W HQI will that keep most corals? or would that be too much for a 10g tank?

hyposalinity in the QT not in the main tank. If you have live rock, inverts, etc in the place you use hyposalinity, you run a high risk of killing them since they don't take hyposalinity levels very well

thats the light i have. you can keep anything but SPS, Clams, and nems.
