20gal stocking question

Hey, I'm a new member who just got their 20gal tank cycled. Its not a long tank. I am thinking of getting a school of ten neon tetras and two mollies. Does that sound okay? Do both the mollies have to be the same type, like two black mollies, or can they be mixed?

that sounds liek and excellent stocking scheme!

the mollies can be different colors, "body styles", etc.

be aware tho if you get a male you should have 2 females and there will be lots of babies a lot of the time (most will get eaten and there's room for a couple survivors in you bioload-

if too many make it to adulthood you can bring them into the pet store most places will trade you fish for food or equipment or what have you.

however if you do intend on bringing babies to the pet store you'll want to get the same variety of mollies b/c the pet store won't take muts- no offense
