Plug-in combustion/electric hybrids are pretty awesome. Ones that look like they'll lose a fight against a Civic are not, sadly.

Pretty cool, but perhaps a bit to far out of the box for some people. if it really delivers, and for the claimed price, will be interesting. I'd rather test drive a Tesla Roadster electric http://www.teslamotors.com/ but unfortunately they are priced too high for most of us.

Wow! Exactly what I was thinking...! I've been watching the Tesla, but the price most likely will never be realistic...

I also agree that the Aptera vehicle could be too far "out-of-the-box" for most..
But, I am not "in the box".
