24" Current USA 65w PC light

I have a 24" Current USA 65w PC light with built in lunar lamp. It has a 50/50 bulb but probaly needs to be replaced.

This light only comes with 3 legs.

Could you please post some pics? Does it have a good reflector built in? About how much are the bulbs that I would need to buy, since I have a planted tank. Will it stand with only the 3 legs? Can you turn on lunar light on at night without having the normal light on? Does it have a fan?
