Actually, I'm a part of another site, and With their help, I came up with something very similar to that!

7 neon tetras
3 Bronze Corydoras
5 Glo-Light Tetras
1 Pearl Gourami
3 ADF's
4 Ghost shrimp.

Or do say I still need to swipe the ADF's and glolites?

5 bronze corydoras . Remember to make sure you ADFs are getting food, I've seen mine bumble around the tank devoted exclusively to them for like half an hour before getting food, and if it wasn't on the substrate, not getting it at all. Handfeeding with a turkey baster may be ness. Don't mix ghost shrimp and ADFs-there have been reports of ghost shrimp ripping off ADF legs. Amano, if you want clear shrimp, will also work.

What jm said is true.

the clowns will grow to 11'', possibly 16''-slowly, granted, but they are too large for your tank. Wood shrimp should only be put into an established tank, really.

Clown Plecos don't get 11". They grow to 5" tops. You are thinking of the clown loach.
