I was wondering if I could keep 2 figure 8's, 3-4 bumble bee gobies, and a dragon goby in a 29 gallon w/o any major issues. If not a Dragon goby, is there any other eel or birchir that would be ok in light SG that would be ok in a 29? Any help would be great, thanks.

That's exactally what I have in mine! Make sure you fishless cycle the tank at the SG they are in at the shop.
I wouldn't get a violet goby unless you plan on upgrading the tank at some point. I have mine in a 40 breeder, and he seems to be a very slow growing fish, but I've seen pictures of 2 footers. I'm soon upgrading my brackish to a 75gal, which should be sufficient for the rest of its life.
