It's brand new, but I don't have the box. I have never used this light over an aquarium. I will though tomorrow when the first of the plants arrive. I just don't think this will be enough light for my tank and have decided to go with a stronger fixture. I will use it until I get my new fixture starting tomorrow though. If you want this fixture, I am selling it for 100 bucks plus shipping. PM me if your interested.

If it's a high output what makes you think it won't be enough light? I assume with that much light you are running CO2. I suggest you try to use it for a couple weeks first. Then if what you planted it with isn't growing then upgrade. You would be surprised what those high output fixtures do. It's not wattage it's lumins that matter and they put out a good amount more then normal output ones.

I am just nervous....I have Glosso on the way and people are telling me the reflectors are not good enough to be considered high light....especially high light enough for glosso......what do you think? The tank is a 75P which is 18 inches high, but I have 4 inches of substrate. The light is sitting about 15 inches above the substrate all together......

It's a pressurized system, I can supply endless amounts of co2, I just want it to grow well. I will try it out then and repost if I want to sell the fixture........thanks guys.
