This is the hot tub- greenhouse-shop-warehouse room.
Its a little crowded already but I think I can squeeze in a big assed tank !

The tank will be a room divider sitting rite next to the tub.
The upper right corner is indicated by the orange tape sitting on the 4 ft, level.
Bottom is about level with the tub and extends left to the wall.
The sump, etc goes next to the hot tub pump, heater, etc.
I`m thinking about 24 inches thick would be about rite.
That would make the dimensions 83x40x24- 350 gal.
