1. can clown loach and labeo bicolor co exist happily in a 45g?
2. do bettas need a heater or can they survive in room temp?
3. can i use any kind of rock in a tank?
4. i have a big bag of those stones u get with bamboo u know live bamboo in a vase that kind. ive boiled 1 in a mug. anything else i can do 2 make it safe?

1. Clown loaches should be kept in groups of 5 or more and get too big for a 45g.
2.Bettas require a minimum temperature of 24C/75F, and preferably higher. So they can only be kept at room temp if it is a constant 24C or more, which it probably isn't.
3.Yes, but you must be aware of its properties. Not every rock works with every fish. For example, limestone will make the water extremely alkaline and hard. Some rocks, like slate, have no effect on water chemistry. It is not advisable to use any old rock without knowing what it is. Rocks should also be rinsed and scrubbed thoroughly to remove any dirt before adding them to the tank.
4.Rinse and scrub it.
