So I broke down my 75 this weekend and transferred everything to my new 45 cube at my new place.
My plan is to thin out my old corals, rework the scape and add only my favorite specimens.

I can't wait to get into salt water. The corals and fish are just too awesome.
It looks good, I like the cube tanks myself.

everything hasn't made the transfer yet but will by the end of the week
Tank inhabitants thus far
-2 O. clowns
-5 RBTA's
-monti spongoddes
-red digi
-tri color valida
-branching hydro
-bubble coral
-frogspawn
-hammer

-candy cane
-duncans

be warned tgidds, it is very addicting. i like the cube because of the dimensions and it will force me to be more selective with what i add to it.

Looks good so far, deep dimensions are real nice when it comes to scaping, I want to upgrade to 180g or 210g for the 25" depth but have to wait till I get out of NY and am settled somewhere permanently so I don't have to worry about moving it.

Thanks Patrick, the skimmer you are referring to was a piece of junk I got from eBay for $30.
I learned quickly it's not a good idea to cut corners. I never got the thing to actually work, It just fomed over and sprayed water everywhere lol.
now I have a reef octopus nwb 150.

I get on eBay a lot, and that's what I thought it was. I was actually about to get one, but I held off and got a good deal on a used Coralife Super skimmer 125.
