Would a cycled, filtered, heated & planted 5 gallon be alright for 1 female betta and 2 mollies? I'm not sure what the mollies are, they are babies atm. Maybe dalmation? They have black patches. I have them with my guppies until they are large enough to put with my betta.
I'd also like to get maybe some type of cory for cleaning. This might be too much.. My betta just seems bored since her ghost shrimp friends passed away. Tank is in tip top shape btw, no ammonia, no nitrite, about 8-9 nitrate. Thanks!

I'd be careful - mollies can get quite big, some species get to 4 inches or more. if this is the case a 5gal is too small. You could keep a betta with 3 or so smaller cories, like pandas.

ok.. I'll keep the cories in my community tank when they grow up. I guess I'll go for the cories you suggested. btw, will the cories eat my plants? My loaches go to town on my plants and I was wondering if the cories were the same. Thanks very much!

Cories won't bother the plants.
