Those LEDs are only 1/4 watt LEDs. Those are used for moonlights (although not that many LEDs for moonlights) but they can not be used as a main light for corals. They simply do not put out enough intensity for corals. The bare minimum you want on an LED light is 1w LEDs, although most people, myself included, use 3w LEDs.
That light states it uses 13.8w of power. As a comparison, my 24 LED light on my 29G tank, using 3w LEDs, takes about 120w of power. Big difference between 13.8w and 120w.
All that said.. what you could do is buy the Aquatraders MH light you first looked at for the "coral side" of your tank, and get one of those cheap LED lights for the other side. That sounds like a pretty good plan to me.
