No fish yet. Have to fishless cycle this thing

YoFishBoy...I am a little scared to add more bluestone rock. Thinking about it. :D

I love it - very nice, and plenty of lighting. The African Cichlids' colors should really pop in that tank!
 
I may be the only one who may not care for it. just to much of one kind of rock. but if you like it thats what counts :) everyone here has different tanks and looks to them, you can not go wrong with what " you like " :)
 
Anything to help protect the bottom in case they tumble from diggers?

There is eggcrate underneath it all and all of the base rock started directly on the eggcrate and then the sand was added afterwards. The rocks are actually pretty stable...flat on flat.

I am more worried about the total weight. I guess there's 175 lbs of rock and 50 lbs of sand.
 
I like it. I am a big fan of both sand and rocks. Although, i tried some thing different this time. Maybe something that would use the holes would be appropriate.
