Have you checked craigslist.com.. There are quite a few recent posts for that size or larger.. (I live in Fargo, ND) and check the Cities Tank postings quite regularily...

Thanks I just check craigslist and found I few that I might want. Though sometimes it's hard to choose whether or not to trust these people...

Well look at it before you buy it.. I would also make them let you fill it to check for leaks.. Its the least they can do if they are wanting a couple o hundred bucks.. +/- whatever.. If they want to sell it, you should be able to kick the tires so to speak.
