55 gal stocking question

I have 7 rummies and they school constantly! There isn't even anything in the tank that is bigger than them. I think schooling is just fun for them.

why not just add 6 more True Rummynose Tetras?? having one big schooling fish looks so much nicer then two smaller ones...

I have 10 neon tetras in my tank right now, and I'm still planning on getting even atleast 12 more!

What do the lemon tetra look like? I don't think I've heard of those.

I'd really like to have 2 schools of about 10 fish, but I don't want to overstock the tank. I do like the Harlequin Rasboras though.

Should I do like 8-10 rummynose, then possibly another school of Rasboras or lemon tetra? Or would that be pushing it?

Fish Already in Tank:
2 Mickey Mouse Platies
2 Mollies
2 Gold Skirt Tetra
2 Red Eye Tetra

Adding:
4 Gold Skirt Tetra
4 Red Eye Tetra
2 Neon Blue Dwarf Gouramis
2 Gold Veil Angels
1 Upside Down Catfish
4 Clown Loaches

Will the tank be too crowded with all these fish?

The clown loaches will eventually outgrow the tank. If you want Angel why not just build the tank around them? a pair of angels, a couple rams, a nice school of cardinal tetras, and some corys. All of these fish in a nicely planted tank with some driftwood would look very nice.

That would be cool, but what about all the fish I already have?

take them back to the store you bought them from. Some stores will give you credit for the fish you return. If they wont you could try to give them to family or friends.

I wouldn't mind trading in the Tetra, but I am kinda partial to my Mollies and Platies. Do you think the Rams would kill them?

How does this sound so far:

2 Gold Veil Angels
2 German Blue Rams (Maybe 4?)
4 Agassizi Cory Cats
