Hi.
I was wondering if I could get some input on my proposition for my next aquarium. I want a large aquarium but I'm going for the medium for now.

I want a 55 african river Niger setup.
I'll be arranging twigs and driftwood along the back sloping down toward the front to mimick the roots of a sloping riverbank. I'm thinking I may heatmold some styrofoam, coat it in aquarium cement and sand and adhere it to the rear of the tank to replicate the actual sloping bank. I want to use flourite under silversand with large and medium rocks stacked up to create caves in the back. The front area will be free swimming. I want to use various anubius plants lightly.
My fish will be

8 upside down cats or lace...
8 african glass or debauwi catfish
2 kribs
1 elephant nose
I'm considering a couple african butterflies but I'm concerned for the glass catfish.....Any suggestions? I don't know how aggressive or predatory the butterflies are. Thanks!

Thanks, that's a cute little guy. I'm not finding a lot of information regarding temperament and behavior. Do you keep these or happen to know if they are single species or if they school? Are they commercially available? Sorry so many questions. I want to be sure everyone is going to co-exist peacefully.
